Founded by Wendi Pickett, we are a dedicated team that leads households with discretion, stewardship, and anticipation, so the families we serve can simplify their lives and amplify their time.

It began with a single conviction: that a home led well is one of the greatest gifts a busy family can be given. Wendi built Pickett Concierge on more than two decades of leading a complex household at an operational level, the systems-minded work that keeps a family's whole life running. Today, alongside her, our home and lifestyle managers, property care team, and operations support each bring that same operator's mindset to the families and homes entrusted to us. Today, each family we serve is paired with a dedicated home & lifestyle manager who leads their household, with our full team of property care and operations support behind them for every specialized need.

Our work is household leadership, not household help. It begins with taking the time to learn how your home truly works, captured in your Household Manual, the living record of everything from systems, vendors, and warranties to the preferences that make your household yours. That foundation lets us stay a step ahead: the vendor scheduled before you noticed the problem, the pantry restocked the way your family eats, the guest room ready before your visitors arrive. We carry the details, so you can be fully present for what matters most.
